How do I order?

How much notice should I give If I would like to make an order?
Please give us as much notice as you can! 2-4weeks would be great. We work on a slot availability basis and will be unable to take in additional orders once we hit a certain number of orders per day. I now only do2 cake orders per weekend so ample time can be given to create each celebration cake!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Orders are confirmed upon receiving the first $50 Non Refundable Custom Design Fee. Please allow us some time to verify payment and to send you a order confirmation via email.
I need to change something about my order. What should I do?
Any major changes(cake flavour, cake size, fondant decorations, printed icing and etc) should be communicated at minimum 7 working days before.
Any minor changes (wordings, colours, delivery address and etc.) should be communicated at minimum 3 working days before.
We reserve the right to determine which changes fall under minor and major changes.
I need a cake urgently. What should I do?
Please call Claire at 96171314. Do call only if the order is to be ready within 48hrs. We will see what we can do for you! Please note a rush fee of $20-30 will apply for cakes needed within 3 working days notice. We only bake to order and will need to fit cake prep into our schedules if needed to.

Your 5" mini is a very small cake, Why is the price still on the higher end?
Regardless of the cake size, each cake is made to order. The prep work and time spent on making a small cake versus a slightly larger cake is almost the same. The base price is so that we are able to still make a decent profit margin while making a special customised cake for you!
I asked for quotes of two similar looking cakes. Why is the price different?
We quote based on cake design, size and full details. The more work needed to work on the cake would equate to a higher price point.
Are your cakes sold by weight?
Our cakes are sold by size over than weight. The cake flavour(cake, frosting and fillings) affects the weight of the cake. So it may vary from flavour to flavour. The rough dimensions of our cakes(of differing cake flavours) are similar.

The remaining payment will need to be paid in full 2 weeks before the date needed via IBANKING/atm transfers or Paynow/DBS Paylah.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation of orders must be done 5 working days in advance. For large orders, we require 1 month notice. If the deadlines are not abided to, the full deposit will be forfeited. Upon collection, we are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our Cakes and Baked Goods. Any issues arising after collection will be considered on a case by case basis subject to our discretion.

A full refund will be given only to cancellation done 5 working days before collection. Please allow 3 working days to refund.

How does fondant taste like?
We use a vanilla flavoured fondant which tastes just like candy! It's not icky or artificial tasting. Think of it as a chewy candy coating. If you prefer not to eat it, just peel off the layer of fondant and enjoy your cake!
How should I store my cake?
For your celebrations, keep at cold air con temperature for 1-2 hrs away from direct sunlight.
If you are receiving delivery/collecting much earlier, please keep in the fridge away from strong odours. We recommend that you consume the cake on the same day it is collected for freshness. However, our cakes(uncut) can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Try to avoid large temperature changes to prevent the cake from sweating.
How should I enjoy my cake?
As our cakes and buttercream/frostings are butter based, we recommend to thaw our cakes for 0.5-1hour(Room Temperature) or 1-2+hours(Air conditioned Temperature) This is because butter is solid when cold and our climate is just way too warm for us to keep it at regular room temperature! So do always enjoy our cakes at its best texture at room temperature.
What should I do with leftover cake?
Store in the fridge in an air tight container for a maximum of 3 days. And yes the taste and texture will deteriorate with extensive storage.
Can the cake box fit into my fridge?
Some of our cakes are rather tall. Thus, we suggest to remove a shelf from the fridge to store the cake in the box safely. It is usually a 5"-10" tall box.
Can I have a Fondant or Buttercream cake for my outdoor event?
Our tropical weather limits the time our beautiful cakes can be displayed outdoors. We would prefer for you not to display our cakes in outdoor locations.
I have XX number of guests for my celebration. What cake size do you recommend?

Our cakes are tall fellas at 4-4.5" and can be cut into the smallest 1" by 1" serving sizes. For we know, you'll be spoiling your guests with other delicious things too.
Are your cakes halal?
Our cakes do not use Pork/Lard. However, some cake decorations may contain alcohol.
Do you make cakes free of the following allergens; nuts, gluten, egg, dairy?
We do not do allergen free cakes as our kitchen deals with nuts, gluten, egg and dairy on a daily basis. Thus, we would not recommend our bakes for those with serious allergies.
Do you use fresh flowers on your cakes?
We do not use fresh flowers as they can be contaminated with pesticides, spray and etc. We don't feel comfortable placing them on our delicious cakes. So we wouldn't put them on any of our cakes. We tend to use edible dried flowers on our cakes.
